The trip was really good. Learnt many things and realised how good God really is. There were so many blessings along the way and I'm really thankful for that. Well, it was great exposure and certainly did all of us much good.
Last night, I had the post holiday- pre school syndrome. I didn't want to pack my bag for school. Haha, but I managed to fit right back into my routine. So, praise God for that!
There isn't much to blog about now but anyway, tomorrow's Women of Valour (Mu Gui Ying). Haha, so exciting, we're going to dress up and have fun! We end school early and start school late the next day. The school's celebrating Youth Day on fri (heard there's english oral though..) and mon is a holiday! Whoopee.. Hehehe... Nice nice days ahead..

And I am captured by Your majesty
So true. There are so many things to praise God for, it will be never-ending. Our God is so big. There is nothing He cannot do. It is impossible to fathom what else He will do in our lives, what His final plan for us is. We can only guess bits and pieces of it, but that's only a small part of the whole picture! Wow..isn't He wonderful. We should be joyful and celebrate! For even when times are rough, He will be there with us, to bring us through. And yes, He has remained faithful. Now, are we going to be faithful and hang on as well? I'm sure we are. it's probably a win-win situation anyway. Haha..
I passed my physics test (67%)!! Whoohooo...

We tend to often seek for assurance. For example, whenever we mess up, the assurance that we are looking for might sometimes be for someone to tell us that everything's going to be alright. Other times, the assurance is to be able to fit in well with our peers. But you know something, we don't have to search for assurance, it's right in front of us! The assurance of God's abiding love overwrites everything else. This is the assurance that we can find rest in.
Happiness and joy are two different things. Happiness has to do with a
circumstance; joy has to do with an assurance. That's why this verse says the
righteous will be made both happy and joyful, rejoicing not only in the moment
but in their standing before God.
Eg.
Happiness: Butterfly sitting on your shoulder, enjoying a great dinner.
Joy: When your friend comes to know the Saviour, you internalize the fact
that God's love is based on his character and not your behaviour.

.: You can say that happiness is temporary but joy is everlasting.
Be joyful every single day because you know that there's a God whom you can place your trust in. Hang on. Though times may be rough, he will always be there for you. Thank You Lord for your wonderful love and Your gift of freedom.
